The Certificate in Business Turnaround Management is designed to give students a comprehensive grounding in the current body of knowledge and skills in business turnaround management. The certificate was developed with the ongoing collaboration of business turnaround professionals and executives from Michigan. This professional certificate is based on the concept that saving a struggling firm requires specialized management techniques that differ somewhat from the traditional tools developed in MBA programs that focus on growing healthy organizations. This specialized program trains business leaders in the techniques used to turn failing businesses into successful, thriving enterprises.
